The Studio and Comfort rooms are designed as spacious apartments, some of them with a balcony. All are equipped with a sitting area, laptop facilities, DSL or Wireless LAN, telephone, refrigerator, cable/pay TV and a working area.

 

The Comfort rooms overlooking the Tauentzienstrasse and the Kurfürstendamm have soundproof windows and sun protection as well as separable living and sleeping areas, separate bathroom and toilet and are equipped with refrigerator and electric water jug.

 

The spacious Studio rooms can easily accommodate two to four guests. Two Studio rooms can partly be turned into a family room via a connecting door.

Children up to the age of five will be accommodated in the parents' room free of charge. Children from six until the age of eleven pay Euro 5.50 per night in their parents' room. Teenager from twelfe until the age of eighteen pay Euro 35.00 per night in their parents' room.
